Property owners in Flatrock MUST complete a building application before starting construction on any new building.
There are rules and regulations that must be followed.
Permits are required for a residence, garage, shed, greenhouse, coop, fence, deck, or home renovations, etc.
Building permit applications can be obtained from our website at www.townofflatrock.com or by visiting our Town hall.

In the Town of Flatrock you are required to have a Renovation Permit for all renovations such as replacing siding, windows and/or roofing.
You just have to drop by the town office to fill in an application and you will receive your permit, it does not have to go to a Council Meeting.
The Renovation Permit fee cost is $25.00.
