Town of Flatrock
Sometime during the weekend, the walking bridge from Kevin Butt Place to the Red Head Recreation Park was deliberately pushed out of place. We are asking for anyone that may have information on the person/s responsible to please contact the town office at 437-6312. Since last year, the Town of Flatrock, the Provincial Government and the Federal Government have invested heavily in making this area a more enjoyable place for our children to come out and play and make new friends. This facility, including the walking bridge, was put there with your tax dollars. It is totally unacceptable for this damage to be happening and we would like to find out who the person/s are responsible. From the pictures we've taken, there seems to be dirt bikes/ATV marks in the ditch, which may have caused this damage. The town is asking any residents in the area if you see anything happening that is out of sorts, please contact the town hall at 437-6312 or info@townofflatrock.com ... See MoreSee Less
