TOWN OF FLATROCK DISCRETIONARY USE The Town of Flatrock has received a business application to operate a vehicle dealership and garage at 235 Pouch Cove Highway. The proposed hours of operation are 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. At any given time, two to three vehicles would be offered for sale, and vehicle repair services would also be provided to the public. Any person(s) who may be adversely affected by this application are requested to submit their concerns in writing to the Town Office no later than 3:00 p.m. on February 19, 2026.
