The successful tender will be responsible for all applicable taxes, levies, and/or transfer fees associated with this tender. The Flatrock logo and government plates will be removed before transfer of ownership.
This asset can be viewed at the Flatrock Public Works Depot located at 408 Pouch Cove Highway on Saturday November 8th, from 9:00am-11:00am.
Tenders must be received in a sealed envelope marked “Flatrock Truck” before 3:00pm on Friday, November 14, and completed on the approved Tender Submission Form. Tender bids documents can also be dropped off at the Flatrock Town Hall located at 663 Windgap Road by Friday, November 14, 2025, at 3:00pm.
Tenders will be opened at the Town Hall at 6:45 pm Monday November 17, 2025.
