The general public is invited to view a draft copy of the Town of Flatrock Development Regulations Amendment No. 1, 2017. The proposed Development Regulations Amendment will redefine row dwellings as multi-dwellings and add triplex dwellings as examples to section G, Residential Uses, Classification of Uses of Land and Buildings, Schedule B. The Amendment will add multi-dwelling as a discretionary use and add a condition to the Residential Rural (RR) Land Use Zone Table, Schedule C.
The amendment is required to allow three mature living residential units in a single contained building on Lot 1, Admiral’s Grove Road, Flatrock.
The public may provide any comments or concerns on the proposed change to the Town in writing before Council proceeds with adopting the proposed amendment.
The Town of Flatrock draft Development Regulations Amendment No. 1, 2017, shall be on display August 28th to September 1st, 2017, from 9:00 am – 3:00 pm., Town Hall, Flatrock.
The deadline for written comments shall be 3:00 pm., September 1st, 2017.
