Volunteer Opportunists for the ECT Annual Fundraising Hike

  1. Outside: on the trail and around the community.
    1. Trail Monitors: positioned along the trail to hep and assist the hikers as they pass by.
    2. First Aiders: on the trail
    3. Traffic Monitors: around the community (managing hiker and traffic flow)
    4. Bus Monitors: loading and off loading the buses
    5. Parking: management & control
  2. Inside: at the Pouch cove Loins Club and Flatrock Community Centre
    1. Hiker Check-in: per-registered participants
    2. Hiker Registration: walk-ins on June 3rd
    3. Greeters: to manage the flow of hikers
    4. Processing registrations and funds received on event day
    5. Supporting the mid-day activities re food servers, etc.
